The building at 103 5th Street in Clarksville, Virginia, is a simple two-story framed house. Dendrochronological analysis has shown that the building was built from timbers felled in the summer of 1834 and the winter of 1834/5 suggesting the building was built in the winter of 1834/5 or shortly thereafter. .
