HOLLAND TOWNSHIP BARN SURVEY No. 45 – a Standard Pennsylvania half-open forebay with a swing beam. Hewn oak major components include hewn oak nailers, sawn oak braces, and sawn rafters.
Dendrochronological analysis has shown that the building was constructed from timbers felled in the winter of 1840/1 and the spring of 1841.
