Concord Plantation is a former tobacco plantation located in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Currently owned by The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and is also a county-designated historic site. The plantation house is a two-and-one-half-story brick house of the Federal period previously thought to have been constructed in the late 1790s. Dendrochronological analysis has shown that the timbers used to build the original structure were felled in the winter of 1788/9 and the spring of 1789, suggesting that the house was constructed in the spring of 1789 or shortly thereafter.
