Dendrochronological analysis was undertaken on the house located at 322 North Providence Road in Wallingford, PA, in order to date the primary construction phase of the building. Samples taken from the roof structure yielded felling dates stretching from the summer of 1750 to the summer of 1751, indicating that the original wood-framed structure was built in the summer of 1751 or shortly thereafter.
