Site Master 1649-1787 (tulip poplar) MCMDx1 (t = 6.57 CFMDx1; 5.72 DC-AREA; 5.35 MDZ7).
Mount Calvert is a substantial Federal-style building consisting of a two-and-a-half-story brick main block featuring a square plan and two free-standing exterior chimneys on the west gable, with a smaller two-story brick wing attached to the east.
Dendrochronological analysis has shown that the building was constructed from timbers felled in the winter of 1786/7 and the winter of 1787/8.
