Primary House Felling Dates: Winter 1763/4, Winter 1766/7


Joists (3/5) 1738, 1757, 1763 (C), Rafters (4/6) 1725, 1742, 1752, 1766 (C). Site Master 1639-1766 CRPx1 (t = 10.61 DRNx2; 10.35 DRN; 9.70 MD2009).


Dendrochronological analysis has shown that the original three-bay structure was built in the winter of 1766/7 or shortly thereafter.
